That is why I wanted to share an update with you on what Technica is doing to keep our customers and team members safe while ensuring that your orders continue to be fulfilled and arrive at your facility in the timeliest manner possible.
To curb the potential spread of this virus, we have taken several internal measures such as reinforcing simple, yet effective techniques like frequent hand washing and the continual disinfecting of employee work spaces. Additionally, we are disinfecting our facilities and equipment as appropriate and encouraging any team member or their family members with signs of illness to take those signs seriously and seek proper medical attention. We have also asked all of our employees to practice suggested methods of maintaining good health as published by the World Health Organization while with their families at home.
As of today, our value add centers are operating with a full staff and our staff of customer service, sales, and equipment service are all available to support our customers across the U.S. and Canada. We are making every effort to ensure that our customers continue to receive orders and proper service in a timely manner. We are monitoring new limitations, updates and restrictions that are being introduced daily by local and federal governments. We are committed to keeping an open line of communication with you and will be updating you on any changes or adjustments deemed necessary.
Lastly, we are in constant communication with all of our domestic and international supply partners to better understand their own situations as it relates to the materials and machine parts they supply to Technica for our customers. We are pleased to inform you that our supply partners are not reporting any delays of shipments with our orders at this time or in the foreseeable future. We will continue our communication with them and will update you if anything changes in the supply chain that may affect your business.
