Our Equipment Service Division is staffed with over 50 years of experience. All of our service technicians have received OEM factory training and participate in ongoing training programs to remain current with the latest technology. We have technicians available to service the 11 western states. Supplemental Maintenance Programs

"Supplemental Maintenance Programs" are designed to assist our customers in maintaining the operating quality and promoting the longevity of their equipment.

The Supplemental Maintenance Program is intended to provide factory trained preventative maintenance support on a routine schedule to enhance the regular maintenance already being performed by the customer. It is different from a standard service contract in that we are not incorporating emergency service as part of the program. Emergency service continues to be provided on an "as needed", specifically coordinated basis.

Our programs typically are divided into various "levels" of service and include a list of foreseen replacement parts. The service level is indicative of the volume of work to be performed. The frequency of such service can be scheduled annually, semi-annually, or down to bi-monthly, depending on the utilization of your machine. The program is offered in such a way as to allow our customers to determine the scope and extent of the program, based on their individual needs.

Supplemental Maintenance Program Contracts are offered on an annual basis and include labor and foreseen parts. The standard contract provides for all work to be performed on weekdays however, a limited number of weekend contracts will be offered with an additional charge

Factory Approved Rebuilt Equipment

Technica, U.S.A. supports all rebuilt equipment with genuine factory parts.

  • Complete dis-assembly of the entire machine and thorough cleaning is only the beginning
  • All critical parts are replaced with new parts.
  • All parts not meeting original operating specifications are replaced.
  • Drive shafts are never refinished, but replaced with new ones.
  • Blowers, pumps, motors and gear boxes are carefully inspected and either refurbished or replaced with new replacements.
  • All surfaces requiring paint are completely repainted with epoxy paint materials.
  • Electrical wiring is replaced when required and numbered.
  • Each rebuilt machine is thoroughly tested.

Technica is so confident in our factory rebuilt equipment that we offer the same 6 month warranty as new equipment.

On Site rebuilds are also available.

Equipment Audits

Equipment Audits are designed to give our customers a "baseline" condition of their equipment. Most audits take only a couple hours, but the information gained by the customer is most beneficial in the fact that the equipment was thoroughly inspected by factory trained professionals.

An audit report is compiled and can also contain digital pictures of the areas requiring service. A quotation can also be done to perform the necessary work that may be required to bring the equipment back to original specification.

  • All conveyor drive systems and components
  • All manifolds and pressurized spray bar systems.
  • All Process sections (scrub, chemical spray, etc.)
  • Belts, pulleys, drive shafts, idler shafts, sidewall plates and structure.
  • All Rinse sections
  • All Dryer sections
  • Consoles or operator interface panels and wiring
  • Equipment general condition
  • Electrical general condition and loads
  • Supplied water pressure
  • General drainage condition
  • General ventilation system
